Pizza Hut

Waited an hour for our pizza and it was still wrong! Horrible and never will go back to that store again

Horrible service. Ordered a large and got a medium two topping. Spent $20.00 and got an $8.00 pizza. Manager kept hanging up phone when I called to speak with him. Terrible place. Absolutely terrible.

Awful! The pizza is always hour late and we go to pick it up!. And, they don't care that they're late or that they lie (Sean, the Manager of Duty, tried to explain to me that 8:32pm is the same as 9:27pm). Really. Tatiana (who works the register) is an idiot who will smile while she tells you that they won't put your pizza in the oven until you walk in the door to pick it up. No matter if you ordered an hour or two hours ago and it was supposed to be ready an hour ago Then, the pizza is severely undercooked. I'm surprised no one's gotten sick. And Billy Wood, the location manager, is nice and cordial over the phone but it's only lip service because nothing changes. Steer clear of this place!
