The staff at this office is incompetent and irresponsible.

I wanted to cancel my visitor visa application and asked for my passport to be mailed back to me in the return overnight envelope I had attached along with my mail to them.
I found out they'd lost my passport. An employee swore he mailed out the package but USPS never received it. They realized it never left their office when I finally drove myself to their office.
100+ failed calls, bad service attitude and all the lies the office had given me, They said it was a "misunderstanding," and won't even compensate for my time away from work and money spent.

There is no misunderstanding. I clearly stated what I needed, they delivered only excuses.

Anyone who's interacted with the office can tell you it's a huge disappointment and a terrible representation for the Bahamian People, or any People for that matter.

I hope this consulate doesn't reflect the type of professionalism of the government it represents.
