Got a living room full of furniture for a fair price. I wish delivery were cheaper but it sure beats getting a truck, bringing it into the house and setting it up yourself.

2 year old mattress, company will not warranty it because it has a coffee stain. Also took 5 weeks for our Vietnam furniture to arrive. Even Sams has a better warranty. Don’t waste you time with these people, very rude customer service and will not fulfill their promises

I had an issue but hurwitz mintz gave me a full refund. I am now a satisfied customer and will shop there again

I will never use them again. My salesman Mr Bethune seemed to be a nice elderly gentlment and I forgot he was still a salesman. Also, after I found out the the "Leather" that was sold to me was in fact "Bonded Leather" or what wikipedia calls"Pleather I called to reconcile the issue. Then, I was transffered to a Mr. Mccord who told me to come right in and it would be no issue to swap it out. However, when I arrived the story had changed. Mr. Mccord stated he would only give me half of the furnitures worth, and although Mr. Bethune clearly stated to me he didnt remember specifying the difference, when I went to get water the coward started telling my wife he did. I never half way anything and would not have purchased fake leather. I spent 7k in one week. Now I have my bank the BBB, and NOLA 6 on your side looking into the issue because Mr. Mccord thinks he can tell folks,"well sir, we dont have to do anything for you." I dare someone from that store to belittle me again. I will not be so professional. Oh yea, flip the sofas over before purchase because my $900.00 loveseat is crafted of cheap plywood too. I've retained council and I hope everyone has better luck than me. Thats what they get for belittling customers. I will speak with an owner or executive even after resolution. Lastly, if you dont believe this is taking place call Leonel's Upholstery in Kenner, LA. They were the one's that advised me of the nagahyde cover, and have stated that this is the second or third time customers have came in with furniture from HW that was sold as leather. As we know now bonded leather is not leather!
