        Don't go to this Verizon store. Go to the one over by Wal-Mart. The guys at this place tell you how to get a deal to get your business and then say they never told you to do that when you have an extra 700$ tacked on to your Verizon bill. I went in to this place 4 times after receiving my bill before I was actually able to talk to the manager. The manager's response to "Your employee told me to do this" is " I'll have to sit down and talk with him so he knows better in the future. Maybe Verizon will let you set up a payment plan." Stay far away from this shady place.
