Rip Off

Bill not itemized so you have no idea on what you was charged for
3 hours to empty a A/C condensation drip pan , some thing that I could have done myself in about 20 minute's if I had been home and not paid $170.00 for them to do it
Plus they had to come back a week later for the same Problem

Very bad experience. I contacted the company to find out why the air was only coming thru one half of my doublewide. I just needed the duct work looked at to make sure there were no holes. Tech Larry came out and found that he is too big to be able to get under the house. Explained this to me, and he was waiting on a response from Tech Ricky when he could come and investigate. While waiting he decided to take my A/C apart and clean it. When I came out of my back door I was upset to find it taken apart. I asked Larry if that was what had caused the blockage in the ducts. He said no bit it needed it. But I paid $80 on their $69 inspection fee and was told everything will go towards the fixing of the ducts.Then the man leaves, and my A/C starts making tinkering NOISES. So I call the company back to find out what he did. Larry comes back out and tells me he didn't put the wiring back correctly and the fan blades were hitting them!! "It was MY BAD!" he said. Then he assures me that Ricky will be at my home on Monday at the latest to finish doing the investigating. No one called on Monday, I call them to find out from Mrs. Parron that "Ilene and Larry couldn't figure out what to do about sending Ricky to my home so they decided not to call. Which was not right." So, Tuesday Ricky shows up and explains the damper on a butterfly had shut, but he got it opened. I asked if he could take the piece off, would that fix the sitution? He said yes and I asked him to take the butterfly off so no further complications. Five minutes later he comes back in to my home and said "Good thing I went back, cause when I opened the damper, I didn't open it all the way, and it shut again." Then he hands me a bill for another $80. My jaw hit the ground! I asked him how much the bill came to? $184. I went and talked to Ms. Parron, who told me her techs don't lie, handed me $70 and escorted me out of the office. I was civil and calm but I'll be darned if someone is going to rip me off for doing stuff that wasn't asked to be done, not doing it correctly, and having to wait a week to finally get problem fixed. BTW there was NEVER anything wrong with my A/C.
