        when i made my reservations i asked and was led to believe i was getting a jacuzzi suite. when we checked in it was just a king room with a jacuzzi tub at a price of $319.00. when i asked about this i was asked what i thought a suite was. then being a smoker and being respectful of not smoking in the rooms we smoked on the deck using a cup with a little water in it and when we left i made sure no butts was outside and put every thing in the trash can inside. and was charged another $150.00 after we was gone. when i called back was told i was lying about smoking in the room and the charge will stick no matter what i do. and maybe it will, but i fight it and write bad reviews on this hotel on any site i can so others know how they truly treat and feel about their guests. and i will never stay there agin

        The hotel and its' rooms were ...

        The hotel and its' rooms were always clean. It was close to downtown which made it easy to walk to. The staff was courteous and we enjoyed being able to use the other hotels water parks and pools.
