One star is still being nice. It is my fathers birthday and the waitress asked, "is this your first time eating here?" And It was. So i would like to think that you would want to show the costumer an amazing first time experience. But when we sat down the table was dirty but that's fine we picked where we wanted to sit. But when she notices where we sat she said let me wipe that down and cleaned other tables first. Then we ordered our drinks it took us 40 minutes just to get our food. We were sitting there with barely anyone in the restaurant for pancakes, eggs, bacon, an omelet, steak, and potatoes. It sounds like a lot. But the portion was nothing. While waiting for our food we asked the waitress where the hell out food is. And she walked away and said "it's comin its comin sweetheart" while walking away. That was the most unprofessional service I have ever gotten in my life. While our coffee and drinks still were not filled for the whole 40 minutes we were sitting there! As we got our food the waitress was giving us clear attitude as to why we should not swear at her which I do agree with, I serve food myself i do not like it myself, but when we are trying to ask questions about why our food is taking 40 MINUTES I would like to have some kind customer service from our waitress. At least a "I'm sorry it's taking so long there was a mix up with your order their sorting it out now." Or even for her to not walk away saying it's comin it's comin. That is just so rude. The guy who owns it did come out and apologize. But he used they had a rush of people come in as an excuse. THERE WAS FIVE PEOPLE TOTAL WHO WALKED IN. me, my brother, and my father. Then there were two other gentlemen. I know I'm being quite harsh but if your waitress can't handle having FIVE PEOPLE then something should be done. This is ridiculous. As we also got our food our waitress dropped my fathers bread on the ground right in front of us, and instead of picking it up after giving us our food, she storms off so another waitress has to apologize and say she was getting us more bread. But like I said the guy who owned the place did come out and apologize for the mix up. But I held atleast some high expectations for the place because people said the foods good. But after this experience this place lost customers.

I have been to this place 3 times now and have continued to try to give them another chance at redeeming themselves for their horrible service and poor food along with the high pricing but I'm officially done giving them chances...Do Not Recommend...

when this place was in the goodwill parking lot it was AMAZING we ate there once a week it was our Friday night splurge. When he opened his restaurant we thought awesome very happy for him as he took alot of pride in his bar b q. We have ate at the restaurant 3 times and all 3 times we ordered same thing we ordered all the other times. And it was TERRIBLE there was sooo much fat on our sandwiches we couldnt even eat them. NEVER did we see the original owner there. and that maybe possibly why the sandwiches took a turn for the worst. with him not being there the workers that are there are young kids who probably could care less how the sandwiches are served....we vowed to never go back :(
