the Print Shack

Today I was rushing to work and needed to stop and get gasoline. I was 1/2 mile from the gas station and my car died. I coasted in to the parking lot of the closest business, The Print Shack. I walked in and the lady at the front desk turned to me and I informed her of my dilemna and asked if she could assist me.(yes I am fully to blame for my mishap) There was also a young man standing there. She looked me up and down and then rudely asked "do I know you"? I informed her no she didn't know me, but could she help me, did she have a gas can or was there maybe someone else there that could help me? She then, even more rudely said "sorry but that isnt my problem." I couldn't believe my ears! That a a person with a business establishment in Lufkin, Texas, one of the friendliest places in the world, would be so blatantly mean and hateful. I turned and left the building and went to my car to call my husband. (fuming mad) In a while a man came from the back of the building carrying a gas can. His name was Chuck and I told him how much I appreciated his assistance and I would compensate him for his help and informed him that the lady at the front desk wasnt nice and she must be having a really bad day and she isnt good for their business. So, my review of this business is they need to say goodbye to the person they currently have greeting folks at the front door and move Chuck to the front desk and give him a nice raise for being such a nice gentleman.
