The organization offers job training and placement assistance services. Homeboy Industries enables youths to redirect their lives. It also provides case management, educational and mental health counseling solutions. The organization offers legal and support services. Homeboy Industries additionally provides various volunteer opportunities. It assists at-risk and formerly gang-involved youths. The organization also offers tattoo removal solutions. Homeboy Industries conducts alcoholics and narcotics anonymous meetings. It publishes a literary magazine, The Homeboy Review.

There are so many wonderful things going on in this organization, I highly recommend you take a tour. The work they're doing to help people who used to be in gangs, let it go so much farther than that in community imprint and service. Father Boyle is a model for how a nonprofit can have a wide and deep and effective mission.
