Don't waste your time with this print company! They may initially say they can get your order done in time and respond quickly to you, but once they get their 50% deposit they go ghost on you and never complete your order. Do not trust them!!!

Their owner Michael said he can get our prints done in time, then once we dropped off the product and gave him his deposit, he responds to us the day of pick up saying he can't get them done because of the quality of the material, claiming they were polyester when on the tag it clearly said 100% cotton. He said he would just return our deposit, but when I tried to call him several times and left messages with his receptionist they kept saying he was "out of the office". I didn't believe this one bit so I went to the location myself to confront them.

When I got there the receptionist who was clueless about everything, phoned Michael and said that I was there to see him. She said he would come out, I waited 45 minutes and Michael never came out. While I was waiting, the receptionist kept answering calls and would put people on hold, then would phone the person they were requesting to speak with and they would tell her to tell them that they are not at the office, she would then get back on the call that she had on hold and told them exactly that. SHE DID THIS TO EVERY CALL!

Once I heard this, I sternly requested to see Michael ASAP. Then 10 minutes later I saw a guy walk past me and gave me a smirk as he walked out the door. I had a funny feeling that he was Michael so I looked him up online and found a photo of him and it really was Michael who just walked out right in front of me and gave me a smirk.

To keep the story short, they continued to lie to me while I was waiting there and only came out with 23 printed bandanas (which looked perfectly fine! But I could tell they did them while I was waiting) And gave me the rest of the 488 blank bandanas just to try and get rid of me since I kept pressuring them for answers. She said she'd work with Michael the next day to get me my refund. Again, I DID NOT BELIEVE THEM.

The next day I went again to request a copy of my refund being issued or a check/cash in-hand. This time the receptionist recognized me and told me more lies of how nobody was there to see me. I told her if I did not receive a copy of my refund being issued by Monday that I would have my attorney talk to them.

We are still trying to get our refund, but I strongly believe that they are just SCAM ARTIST who don't do work and just keep your deposit. They need to be shut down!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!

DTLA PRINT amazed me with their quality of inks and attention to detail. They cared about our timeline yet still took their time to make sure everything came out right. Well worth the extra money paid. They were a little more expensive than other printers how ever the quality is unlike anything I've seen before! The shirts are soft and in perfect condition several washes later. Thanks for all your help, we've got you on speed dial for the next time.

Worst experience I've ever had with any company. For over 3 months we worked with DTLA and Michael M. to setup an order for a limited edition shirt for charity we had coming up. We wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly so we had things in order and ready to go months in advanced. DTLA promised that come the date that we needed the shirts to go into production they would get them in. For over 3 months we chatted, met in person, talked on the phone and through email and they were never once hard to get ahold of... I double checked with them the week before we ran our limited edition run of shirts for charity if they could still print the shirts the next week, they confirmed. I have all of the emails and everything proving this. So, come the day we needed them to start print, I had paid $80 to have blank t shirts sent to them overnight... They got the shirts, I emailed, called, emailed, and called some more to check with them if they got the blanks... 3 days passed with no response or returned calls. Somehow Michael was out at lunch or not in everyday according to the receptionist. I finally got ahold of them once Next Level (The company I ordered the blanks from) confirmed that DTLA has my shirts, and threatened to sue since they seemingly had stolen over $1000 in blank t shirts from me... They instantly respond (now 4 days late) to that email saying that they never received any of my other emails... I tell them they missed the promised deadline (I gave them 3 days from the day they received my order and blanks to finish printing 80 shirts)... They responded saying that they have other clients ahead of me and they need to finish their orders first... Then proceeded to say that they have no idea what I'm talking about and that they never promised anything at all and cannot complete my order that week. I finally got ahold of Michael, forward them all the emails that confirmed Michael confirming that the shirts would be finished that Wednesday for me, and confirming everything that they had promised that they were now saying they never said such a thing... Even after I sent those emails, they tried to say that they cannot find where they say that the shirts would be finished by that Wednesday (3 days) and that I have to wait a week before they can start the print... A week would miss the charity event. We are big supporters of LA's No Limits for Deaf Children Foundation and we did not want to disappoint... This is why we took the action to make agreements with a printer months in advance... Now Michael and the rest of those at DTLA were saying that we had never talked before and not just that... but they were going to charge me to ship my blank shirts back to me or else they would keep them! Over $1k in blank shirts this company threatened to keep! Over $1k in shirts that were for a charity! My mind was blown. So, obviously I didn't want to give this deceptive, lying company my money, so I had to come out of pocket to cover another $80 shipping fee that never should have happened. Any company that practices good business would not lie about an agreement and then threaten to keep a customers shirts that DTLA did not own unless I paid them to ship them to me. This company is an ethical nightmare. So, in the end... we found another printer in Oregon that we told our story to about DTLA, and they printed the shirts for us in 1 day, for half the price, and we got the shirts to our charity event the day of because of the amazing printers in Oregon called MDM Designs LLC. Avoid DTLA at ALL COSTS. They're dishonest, practice terrible business ethics, and seem to bump small orders back for other companies or bigger orders no matter how long the smaller orders have to wait and no matter what the cost.

Just had my first experience w...

Just had my first experience with DTLA print, and i've gotta say it won't be my last. I worked with Michael over at DTLA and was extremely satisfied with the quality and turn around time. I got about 500 shirts printed and bagged, which they turned around in 4 days since i needed them for Coachella.

I'll be returning to them for all future projects as i was extremely happy. I'll be utilizing a lot more of the services they offer such as custom tee patterns, and different treatments. Basically if you can dream it, they can make it. Everything was priced extremely well too. I've worked with several printers all around southern california in the past, and I've gotta say, this is definitely the best experience I've had.

Get in contact with them, You won't regret it. If you really want to be sold, go in! Their facilities are amazing & state of the art.

I just want to say I am a girl...

I just want to say I am a girl that loves her color and loves things that pop and catch your eye. The methods they do here do just that for me. I know that what I drew on paper was beautiful on paper, but was it meant just for paper? Would it look good on fabric? Or would it look good draped on a person's body? DTLA Print helped me with this, big time. It was so awesome getting to see my hard work printed as wearable art. I couldn't have done this without the direction of DTLA Print. They had so much variety to choose from. I felt like a kid in a candy store with the array of tools and colors they had to use from. I highly recommend this place to any designer, artist, or surveyor of beauty who wants their artwork printed. I am telling you this place was the best for me and with everything they offer they will be the best for you too.

For a person like me it's not ...

For a person like me it's not always the easiest to get people to be comfortable with the things I want, when it comes to just about anything. I am what you call an extreme perfectionist and I am all about every little detail being perfect to make the big picture perfect. So with my high expectations, I don't usually expect things to always go my way on the first try, but with DTLA Print that is exactly what happened. I know my eager, or more like annoying personality didn't help (sorry about that DTLA Print!). But I came in with my blueprints for my shirt and it came out exactly as I envisioned. And in a very speedy manner, I might say. I think the reason it came out so well is because this company actually listens to the customer. Not only do they actually listen, but they offer other options and alternatives that help you out in the long run. Also they do it nicely, not aggressively. It's not like when you go into a place and they're just shoving things in your face so they can make money. I feel they actually understand and care about what you want your prints to look like. So with a picky person like me I am imploring all of you to use, or as I did abuse, the services here. They really know what they are doing. After all, if you are like me, then you will be just as happy with this place as I am. THANK YOU DTLA PRINT!!!

Seriously this place is bomb! ...

Seriously this place is bomb! I may be new to this industry but I know customer service when I see it. I am an aspiring designer, just trying to get my design and image out there. I had gone to so many places without any luck, until I found this place. It's funny because I found it literally by driving around the neighborhood. It's located basically in Boyle Heights and it's hidden between walls of ivy and vines. A bit hard to find, but definitely worth it. Also they have there own parking lot to park in, which means no paying for parking. JACKPOT! Anyways I parked into the lot, walked up to the door and had asked the receptionist if this was DTLA print and for sure it was. Within minutes of walking in I was getting the grand tour of the factory. This place is huge! Wayyyy bigger than I expected and with so many machines and tools at your fingertips to work with. I got very detailed explanations on what techniques, materials, etc. I could do to my line. With so many choices it was hard to choose which was the right method to get my clothes out there. Luckily, and this is where the customer service kicks in, the owner of DTLA Print, Michael, was there to help me with all of it. Without his help I don't think I would've known what to do to get that kick I needed to start my line. Now months after I finished my line, I am still going to them for their excellent service and for all my clothing needs. I recommend DTLA Print to everyone! Not only aspiring designers like me, but also for any of your printing needs, birthday parties, celebrations, or just plain printing a picture/painting on the big scale over a canvas. This is the place for you!

Starting off from scratch is not easy! I was starting a clothing line and had no idea whatsoever how to start. Thankfully I stumbled upon DTLA Print. I was yelping and reading reviews from all around and I thought what the heck just try it. So I called and I got in touch with someone really fast. It was nice because I didn't have to wait forever to finally get to speak someone. Also there was no hassle of playing telephone tag. They got straight to business and like I said FAST! I explained to Michael, the president of the company, what I was trying to start and he helped me out with everything. He taught me and explained to me thoroughly the process of how to get my line out ASAP and how it was made with real quality. I owe it all to DTLA Print, they definitely know this industry like the back of their hand. I recommend them to anyone novice or not in this industry. If you need printing done, definitely go here!

I'm new to this world of printing and DTLA Print really helped me out. I can't explain to you how much they have taught me. I had contacted them regarding a new clothing line idea that I had. I had all the plans, but no idea how to put my plans into action. I called them and they instantly were welcoming. They offered me a tour of the factory and the procedures of how they print. Everything they do here is TOP NOTCH! In the end I got the best quality clothing for my line possible. Every article of clothing I got was PERFECT! I would and am currently recommending them to everyone I know.

Most amazing screen printers in Downtown Los Angeles A+++

DTLA Print gets my orders done right the first time and fast. I've been in the industry for years now and I was shocked at the quality prices and turn around times of DTLA Print. Love the people there and the atmosphere is great. Always playing music and having fun while working. This place is screen printing at its best. Check them out, you won't be sorry you did!

Honest & Trustworthy Screen Printers in Los Angeles

Many times in my experience as a music manager and talent agent I have come across untrustworthy and unethical screen printers who try and increase my costs and charge me for things I later found out were not needed. The staff and employees at DTLA print are all friendly and trust worthy people that I have grown to love over the years. They always have music playing in the factory and the vibe is great. I sometimes stop by just to hang out and see what cool new prints they are coming up with. I have recommended DTLA Print to anyone looking for printed goods. They really do have the best prices in Los Angeles that I have seen and there work is amazing.

Thanks Guys!!
