        AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

        DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY - specifically JOE TORRES! As the other reviews have said all around the internet, they are absolutely horrible at communicating. No one is ever available and they are very disorganized. They ILLEGALLY held our deposit for an apartment we never signed a lease for because of a communication error on their part and then forced us to pay a $300 application fee when we had indicated we were no longer interested in the property over a month prior to when the fee was processed. Russell Properties is a very, very shady business that should be avoided at all costs.
