Waterfront Crab House

What a major disappointment. The service was great, the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was almost unedible. The appetizer of mushrooms stuffed with crab meat was terrible. Mushrooms undercooked and the stuffing had about as much sflavoer as paste. The stuffed dumplings were overcooked and no one in the dinner party brought a microscope to find the stuffing. On to the entree. The roasted potatoes were over done to the point that 1/2 of them were burnt. The Shrimp Scampi was brought to the table with almost no sauce. And the crab cakes. I shudder. They were the texture of tuna salad made into a patty. Over salted and could not taste any crab whatsoever. I And desert. Served with dollops of Cool Whip!!

Maybe they should invest in a chef who can actually cook.
