Every time I go into this store, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always find what I need and the prices are resonable. They have everything for my farm.

The folks here are rude, arrogant, and a attitude that needs adjustment. they surely should not be in the customer service field. They do not acknowledge custoemers waiting to get checked out, I do NOT recommend this store at all.for what you pay in this store there is no reason this kind of service should be presented. Now the one in Westminster is the only reason I still shop there at all. The Westminster folks are AWSOME, HELPFUL, VERY PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND JUST DOWN TO EARTH...... I've been watching this business grow more each year and I know their secret! Great service, eager to help, a big store with a homey atmosphere. My experience with this store has always been positive, I can usually find what I'm look for and if I can't, they tell me who might have it. Not afraid to recommend other places. And Mudoch's was the only feed store in Douglas County to donate to help clear local trails for horseback riding and hiking. This definitely is a 5 star business.

One day in the midst of last winter's blizzards I needed wood pellets for a stove. It was a miserable day. I called around to make sure someplace close by had what I needed. Murdoch's was able to tell me that they did--without putting me on hold. When I arrived, I paid up front, and they asked me to pull around into the yard. By the time I plowed through the snow, a strong fellow was waiting with my pellets. He threw them into my truck and I was back home much sooner than I expected. Great service is good for business.
