        Does not live up to advertisement. Awful customer service, unit was not maintained resulting in rat and pest infestation. NO value in return for expensive monthly storage fee and management does not take responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe storage facility/unit as advertised nor compensation for resulting damaged to storage contents due to rat and pest infestation in storage facility and unit.
