Difficult to work with from all angles. Cleaners were hesitant to take direction on-site and would ask me to make the request for common clean things from the original estimate (like putting clean sheets on my daughters bed) through the dispatcher. So I reached out to dispatcher and they would take weeks to get back in touch with me. I used their service for almost 2 years bimonthly as I was reassured each time I had a concern next time would be better. At one point they were called back onsite to complete an unfinished clean and proceeded to argue with me until I pointed out dust bunnies in the hall, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling in living room, and a dining table that had clearly not been wiped down. I can confidently say they never completed the list we agreed upon at estimate and were never onsite the the full amount time the flat rate was set up on. I highly recommend you seek out a different service.

The cleaners of Molly Maid are very professional and non judgmental which is important for a single guy like myself who does not do much cleaning! I definitely would recommend this company to any of my friends and family!
