This is the absolute worst company you can choose to allow into your home. The moment the Cleaner entered the house he was rude, belligerent, aggressive, and totally refused to do any work . I had a problem on a portion of the carpeting having an odor due to a water spill from the AC unit. It smelled like a combination of mold, mildew and dead fish. The cleaner told us in less then a minute of entering that he didn't smell anything and refused to do any cleaning . He then ordered my wife to get on the floor on her hands and knees and stick her nose on the carpet. She refused and because she refused he said "Well then I'm not doing anything here" and left . When she told me what had happened I went looking for him and he was still by the office . I told him I didn't appreciate the attitude he had as soon as he entered my home and I didn't appreciate him trying to get my wife on the floor on her hands and knees and stick her face in the carpet.His response was astonishing as I am a male He replied" listen you "fucking bitch" I don't care what you think I'm not cleaning your carpet '. I would give this company a zero if I had the option, so please unless you want to be attacked by their Cleaners. Do not call them !
