My husband and I called New Dawn Plumbing out to fix some miscellaneous plumbing issues we've been dealing with for sometime now. We had a main line sewer back-up and surprisingly New Dawn Plumbing actually did what they said they would do, and we only paid $35 bucks. We called New Dawn Plumbing out to replace our water heater. They quoted me $700 for a top-of-the-line Rheem water heater with all parts and labor guaranteed for 6 years. Plus removal of the old water heater and $80 for the permit. The other quotes I received all STARTED at over $1000! The plumbers at New Dawn Plumbing demonstrated a level of professionalism, work quality, pricing making them the absolute best plumbing company around. They've made life-long customers out of us! They are truly a hidden gem amongst the other bigger named companies!

I called New Dawn Plumbing after I noticed mucky water coming up out of my downstairs shower drain. It completely flooded my downstairs bathroom. To make a long story short, they had a tech to my house fast to stop the flooding. I thought it was something major and that it'd be an expensive repair. As it turned out, my toddler flushed a bunch of baby wipes down the toilet that it caused a blockage. And to my very pleasant surprise, no repairs were needed, the cost was minimal and we learned a very valuable lesson - non-flushable wipes are bad news!!! Thanks again Alex and New Dawn Plumbing!!!

I am on a fixed income and I have used Alex at new dawn plumbing several times. This last time all I needed was a leak in my kitchen faucet fixed. They have always done a wonderful job and they have never over charged me. This is the only plumber in Las Vegas I trust.
