        Overall

        The complex is beautiful & the apartments are nice. However the office is atrocious at getting back to people about questions. They will go weeks, almost months before finally responding to emails. They also switched my electric to a different provider without telling me & then claimed they did not do it, yet the letter of documentation of the switch clearly states it was authorized by The Dorel Properties. They also tell you of rules yet no one enforces it. If you have a need to call their courtesy officer, don't bother. They never answer their phone or try to take care of your issue. I am originally from out of state so this is an okay place to stay while I become acquainted with the town, but I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up due to their extreme lack of customer service & response.
