Dr. Troy Knaub, DDS

I've seen Dr Knabb for a year; so far he has consistently been friendly and seems knowledgable. His assistant Kaycee is great!

The office claims to require payment at the time of service but fails to follow this practice. I was told I would be billed after the office heard back from my insurance which they claimed that they took. My insurance plan wasn't covered in their office and I was pleasantly surprised by a $1055 bill five months after my procedure. Less than thirty days after I received my first bill I received a notice saying my bill was 90 days past due and I was being sent to collections. The office was not willing to set up a payment plan with me and the office manager was condescending and very rude while I was speaking to her about my bill. She told me they billed my insurance as a courtesy, which was news to me. I was under the assumption that when you accept an insurance and bill for your clients you do it so your patients can afford your services and you can make more money. Please spare yourself the pain of dealing with the unprofessional behavior that they support in this office and try somewhere else in town.

There are plenty of good dentists out there ..... my advice from personal experience is keep looking.

Condescending, dishonest ... manipulative .... hygienist runs rough shot over the practitioners. My insurance company told me to better find a good dentist office.

Laramie Dental Arts has a new technology that is absolutely wonderful! In a single appoiontment, you can have a new crown. I have had two done in the past two weeks and it was really amazing. You even get to watch how the crown is made. There is no temporary crown, no waiting two weeks and coming back for another appointment, no yucky gel molds of your teeth. They take pictures of your teeth and a computer program configures a new tooth, which the dentist then tweaks as needed. Then they make the crown and you are good to go! Like I said, it is just amazing and really fast. Dr. Chamberlain takes excellent care of his patients.

I went to Dr. C to get a root canal about six months ago. Since I was a child I have always had a hard time going to the dentist. You could say that I have an extreme anxiety about anything sharp and motorized going into my mouth. Making Dr. C aware of this he did everything that is possible to help make my comfortable. They were able to get me in within the next day or two for the procedure. I was in and out of the root canal in no time and was eating solid foods by the end of the day. His staff and technicians are always bearing a smile, very compassionate, empathetic, and approachable to all patients who come through the door. I would recommend anyone to Dr. C to all who read this as an excellent dentist. PArticularly for those who are uncomfortable with any dental procedure.

My first visit to Laramie Dental Arts was pleasant. After a thorough cleaning, Dr. Chamberlain discussed several treatment plans with me. I like to know the technical information, and Dr. Chamberlain described what he was seeing on the x-rays. I value this information as it helps me understand why I need a procedure, not just that I need a procedure. Overall, the staff are friendly and professional, and are willing to take the time to meet the patients needs.

I've been going to Dr Knaub for about 3 years now, he's the best dentist I've ever had. Very skilled and personable. I would recomment him and his team to anyone.
