Big Huhnks Excavation & Landscaping

When a company says that they are "going to make it right" to me that means that the customer is happy with the service provided. We contracted Big Huhnks to install a new septic system in our front yard at my 78 year old mothers cabin. Not the ideal place for a septic, but when it is your only option you go with it. When they installed the system I was told by both one of the owners and the crew chief that there would be some settling over the winter, but not to worry they would come back and "make it right". They were right, there was significant settling around the tank, but in addition the end of the leach field was exposed as it had only had a couple of inches of dirt laid over it and there was a smell of sewage coming from one of the lids.

Long story short, they would make it right for another $845 dollars!

I would never recommend this company for any service as I can't imagine they are any more enthusiastic, forthcoming or honorable than they were to my 78 year old mother.
