        I am very satisfied with my experience with Olsen Mastermark and definitely am pleased with the new windows. The product was better than another local competitor, and so was the cost! I had 8 windows replaced and am looking forward to a much warmer winter with lower heating bills. The installer, Jim, was on time and stayed late to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Jim was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up immaculately. When he left, there were no nails, scraps, metal or anything left behind to clean up
        The salesperson, Tracy, was very informative and educated me about the different options available that best fit my needs and budget. He was honest and demonstrated excellent work ethic.The account manager, customer service, as well as the installer were all very professional, polite and helpful. I would go with Olsen Mastermark again if I needed other work for my home. Would definitely recommend to others looking to replace windows!
