Above and beyond in their customer service. Starting at the top with Ryan V for getting a tech over to my house promptly. I don't think they could've sent a friendly, more knowledgable technician. Jason F fixed the problem without issue and even looked into another matter that he noticed. I was beyond happy with this whole process from start to finish. Great company with even better employees!! 10/10

This review is more about Johnathan than One Hour Heating. Of all the service representatives Johnathan is the saving grace. I had a problem with my brand new furnace and other service reps gave me what basically amounted to a song and dance. I expressed my frustration with Johnathan and he made my problem his problem. He dove in wholeheartedly and did not stop until he got a grip on the problem. He impressed me as a man of great integrity and it is because of him that I am sticking with One Hour.

The technician, Jeremy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very respectful and courteous. So, with the employee I have no problem. He gets the 5 stars... He also took care of the free Service Call fee. He also answered a couple of questions and helped adjust the thermostat.
My problem is after the tech. found the problem. He gave me the price to fix it. A wire had a cut in it which caused a fuse to blow, a short happened. The price to replace 12" of wire and 1 bus fuse was $266. It took him less than 20 minutes to make the repair. Than give him another 10 minutes to make sure all is OK. On the invoice it said a minor repair.
Am I happy the A/C is repaired, SURE. Did I like that the company put on a mask for the price that was charged, NO.
