Ali Baba Hookah Cafe

The hookah wasn't all that the people were nice but we found a couple roaches running around on the couches there

Do not waste your time at this establishment. They spend more money and time on a dj and the decor of Ali Baba than they do on the actual hookah. The coal are cheap and the tobacco is obviously old. The hookah is of the lowest grade and on two occasions was too harsh to smoke. I was charged $40 for two hookahs plus $5 for an entrance fee, when I could easily spend half that price at another hookah lounge with BETTER QUALITY hookah.



Don't get me started on the service. Customer service is something very foreign to the people who run this place. The waitresses do not know what they are doing and can't even light coal properly. The managers are negligent and rude to customers. When me and my group complained about the hookahs we received, one of the managers threw a hissy fit. I have never had a worse experience in a place of business.



The owner of Ali Baba needs to be reminded that without the customer where would his business be? Try to avoid this place, NOT WORTH IT!

Definitely check this place out. Great Hookahs, great service and great atmosphere. Always a good time at this place. I prefer to go here over other hookah lounges in the area!
