Since this Provino’s in the only location open for weekday lunch in the Atlanta area I decided to make a long trip up here so that I would be able to get my birthday meal and still be able to do what I had planned later on in the day for my birthday.
When it was just me at the table and I told the waitress it was my birthday she seemed somewhat annoyed. What really seemed to put her off, though is when I requested for mozzarella cheese to be melted on my side of spaghetti even though there is parmesan cheese right on the table as she pointed out. I told her I would still like it, though if possible and mentioned that I wanted marinara sauce at least two times.
I was enjoying my salad and rolls, the main reason for my long trip, and when I got my food liked my chicken dish, however my spaghetti had meat sauce and I had a bit of it which made me feel pretty revolted since I never consume that. I had plenty of food, though so just set that aside and didn’t mention it at all even though that is the main motivator behind me writing my review.
This is a standard Provino’s it seems and tasted and looked like the other one I’ve been to numerous times which is nice, and while I know being a waiter has got to be rough it’s not necessarily my choice to be eating alone on my birthday. I tried to embrace it but if that was an aggravating factor in serving me then sorry I guess?
I’m not sure what the sauce thing was about or if it was even intentional but regardless I got my free meal and even ice cream dessert, I just felt like I was a bit unwanted here. It was still an enjoyable meal overall and I left a decent tip but probably won’t be driving that far out of my way again to return to this particular location.

Provided by SuperpagesProvinos became my favorite after going twice. I order angel hair dalvina with fetaccini noodles instead. The salad and bread are fab. I will say the last time I dined in ksaw I was disappointed but hopefully it was an off night. Nice setting and excellent service. I've tried kennesaw Rome and smyrna (the name is different at Smyrna location). Ksaw is the best followed by Smyrna.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been to Provino's many many times. It has become my favorite restaurant. The salad and bread are so addicting that they can fill you up alone. This is a wonderful low lighted restaurant...perfect for date nights or just an evening out!!!
