WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Too many maintenance issues to even list. UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS!!! The manager and the rest of the leasing office staff do little to fix your problems. They make excuses for everything, and then lie to your face about it! When you go to the office to file complaints and check on work orders that have been filed, the manager hides in her office with the door shut. The first two weeks I moved here I did not get any sleep at all. The noise level at night is unbelievable!!! Heavy traffic with people yelling up and down the sidewalks at all hours of the night. Car alarms going off for what seemed to be hours on end. The A/C units outside by the bedroom window are so loud that it interrupts sleep throughout the night. My apartment has already flooded four times in the three short months I've lived here!!!! Once from the A/C unit that leaked on to the floor in the hallway, bedroom, and bedroom closet. The carpet was soaking wet!!!! I was told by office staff the carpet was professionally cleaned, but no one has does anything to resolve this issue. Same carpet, same carpet pad, no carpet cleaning. The other three times the kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up with dirty dish waste water from the apartment above and over flowed on to the kitchen floor and soaked the carpet in living room. The smell and odor was so bad I had to leave the apartment. I requested a new unit or terminate my lease. Have been told by staff my lease will not be terminated and my new unit will not be available for over a month!!!! I have work orders from over a month ago that have still not been addressed. If they do send maintenance, they leave no note that someone has entered your apartment or a copy of the work that was completed. It always takes them several trips out to fix the problem. One time the assistant manager went ballistic on me while I was checking on the status of my apartment. She refused to talk to me and told me to leave. When I didn't leave she threatened to call the police and to have me removed from the office. I asked her for the contact information for the complex owner and she refused to give it to me. So I have found the contact information myself. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. Rent is way too high for the condition of the complex and the way you are treated is unacceptable!!!
