Fast Lube

Thanks for leaving all my fluids empty and stranding me and my infant child for three complete strangers to help us. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle besides your not filling up my fluids almost causing my radiator block to crack. Oh yeah and my tire pressure was 8-10 lbs under where they should of been.



Thank god for the wonderful people in Kapolei who came to the rescue.



Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.

Was told car safety inspection would take 2 hours, so I left the car, they said they will call me. Went to grab lunch at Jack's got back in about 20 minutes, waited for over 1.5 hours before I walked to look for my car in the parking lot only to find that the inspection was done already. Went to cashier and asked why they did not call me, her reply was "they were probably too busy to call"



Stay away from this business, the employees do not take pride in their service or their customers.

Fastlube is not fast at all. I was subjected to a torturous hour and a half wait for a simple oil change job. Are you kidding me. I had no clue. I've been a Jiffy Lube customer for years but seeing as I was in the area and in need of an oil change, I figured I'd quickly knock an errand off my list by taking it here. What a mistake. I should never have taken my vehicle there. At least Jiffy Lube is true to their name and their promise. They get you in and out in under 30...usually it's more like 15-20. I have never been so disillusioned. If you plan to take your vehicle to this place for an oil change, don't make the same mistake I did and decide to wait for it expecting the same fast service as Jiffy Lube. Leave it there and come back in several hours. You'll avoid a great deal of frustration.
