My daughter's appointment was July 2017 and it's now Jan 2018 until this day we don't have her glasses, the employees are not very helpful, they don't call you back. I had to call so many times and talked to several employees don't know what their taking about. I feel sorry for Dr. Casper because he is a good eye doctor, he needs to find better employees. This is why we will never go back to this place.

Doctor Casper is a great doctor and great with children, Thank you for finding me the perfect contacts and glasses.
