The height lever/adjustor for the blade on my lawn mower broke off. I brought the lawn mower to Nortwest Lawn & Power Equip for repair. There I met a young guy named Johnny, I believe. Make a long story short, Johnny went ahead and welded the part back to the lawn mower at a minimal cost. My lawn mower is working great... I was impressed by Johnny's service, his efficiency, and his quick and correct solution to the problem. I didn't have to fork out hundreds of dollars for a new lawn mower... I recommend Northwest Lawn & Power Equipfor all machinery repairs!

Johnny is very dishonest. He sold me a riding mower that broke down after mowing half the yard. The parts are not available and he knew this before the sale. His warranty included "free labor" but it doesn't do any good if the parts can't be had. I would recommend that you give your business to some other shop. Now I am stuck with a machine that is useless and dangerous. I'm guessing that he won't be in business much longer if he keeps screwing customers.

Very friendly, fast, and great prices. Called the same day of repair. Kept the part to show me what was wrong with it. Dropped off my snowblower for free due to weather conditions and even helped me to prevent future repairs. Thank you Northwest. Excellent Service.
