I'm impressed with Dr. Shah's knowledge with chronic pain giving I'm a person who does not like to take pain medication. The people working there are very friendly and I would recommend this practice to anyone with chronic pain. Joyce M.

With just three visits with Dr. Shah, I have been very impressed with his knowledge for dealing with constant chronic pain. After two back surgeries and one cervical surgery, and numerous injections in both areas, Dr. Shah quickly pointed out to me to try the back stimulator. I completed the trial this week and other than the discomfort from the leads going into my lower back, it was the first time in 3 years that I was in daily pain in my lower back. One day after the removal of the stimulator, my back is back to the typical daily pain. Dr. Shah office is currently getting approval to install a permanent stimulator. Thanks so much Dr. Shah for listening to me and focusing on what I am experiencing as for my non-existence daily quality of life because of pain. We've called and left a message due to blood sugar being up to 369 after cortisone shots. It's been 2 days, and they still have not called us back. How professional is that?

Doctors that care about stopping the pain not masking it. I owe Dr Joanna Wroblewska-Shaw my life. I have seen so many doctors (more than I can count) and all just want to give you pain medicine and say deal with it. Not this facility. They listen to you and find procedures and doctors that will work to fix the problems. I am so thankful I found her. She has been such a blessing to me and my family.

After 5 months of visits and 1 of 2 MRIs completed, he changed prescriptions so they needed to be refilled every 4 days, but then wouldn't renew the prescription on weekends (or difficult to get them to call it in on weekends). He assumed drug seeking because I was also getting anti-anxiety meds from a therapist for a 42 y/o woman who just had back-to-back pregnancies, and a total of 4 children. I received a letter in the mail saying he would no longer see me after 4 days in bed on a heating pad unable to move and couldn't reach him while he was at a conference. This letter came as a 2nd MRI is scheduled for a different part of the back. After only about 6 visits and 1 MRI he assumed drug seeking for someone suffering chronic severe pain, and a referral from my OBGYN after 2 week hospital and 3 surgeries after delivery. I have 2 young babies I have to take care of, that alone should be a red flag for pain after pregnancies with multiple complications. I found him cold in his diagnosis and completely uncompassionate! I would not recommend him to anyone, save time and your pain and go to someone else! Tired of waiting for relief!
