Buckingham Senior Living Community & The Plaza Health Services At The Buckingham

I would want to live here myself when I get older. Very friendly staff.

My grandmother recently spent some time rehabbing at The Plaza Health Services at The Buckingham. Not only is the building beautiful and clean, the staff is prompt, responsible and always offering a smile. The superior staff is always available to answer questions or concerns and really takes the time to help families feel relevant and important. Excellent customer service stood out to me specifically because as soon as we arrived, the process was smooth, organized and positive. They work as a team and put every resident AND family first! I highly recommend this community. They also have an incredibly educated team and a dynamic therapy team. Overall an excellent experience.

The Buckingham is unlike any senior living community I have ever experienced. the campus is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and professional. I would definitely put my parents here.

I found The Buckingham staff and management to be very professional. The Buckingham raises the bar in senior living.

The Buckingham is a luxery retirement community that caters to wealthy residents. They stress the importance of providing friendly motivated service to staff and employees to keep their residents happy.



However, the Buckingham's upper management should give closer scrutiny and review to the conduct and behavior of their security manager, Roger Williams who has frequently been heard

using vulgar language and displaying unfriendly behavior directed towards other employees, department managers and residents. Roger Williams seems to have particular problem in controlling his temper. He has been heard verbally abusing employees and using such words as a$$hole and b1tch directed towards employees, other managers and residents and has used such language several times without discretion. He has been heard saying that all the women at the Buckingham/Plaza are a$$holes and b1tches. Roger Williams often criticizes harshly the performance and abilities of other employees and managers to do their jobs. He constantly casts a negative oppinion of other's performance and credentials to perform their work. This negative tendency of his in regards to others is especially peculiar in light of the fact that Roger Williams, the Security Manager of the Buckingham/Plaza, is also a convicted thief, a fact that is verifiable by criminal background check services. As a security manager and convicted thief responsible for the safety and security of wealthy residents in a luxery retirement community and skilled nursing facility, Roger Williams resembles a wolf being employed to watch sheep.
