        Very Bad Experience. Won't Go Back.

        Been going here because of the convenience. But won't go back. Had a flat tire and went to get it fixed (under their Warranty that I purchased with last 4 tires and oil change). Told 2 guys and still didn't give me free tire fix. Tried telling me couldn't fix it because too old. Said I would purchase 2 new tires. Took an hour to get everything written up. After 2 guys asked me 5 times which tire, mechanic went to wrong tire. Then told me there was nail in wrong tire. They tried to sell me things I didn't need or want. Finding additional things wrong. OBVIOUSLY THEY THINK WOMEN ARE STUPID! Finally left. Wasted my time and don't need this. Maybe management pushes them to make sales. That's what it felt like. Then after being told they were slow -- and took an hour to get written up (waaay too long) -- was told it would be 2 hours. My patience was running way too thin by this time. I had already spent an hour there. Do they not know what they are doing? Or do they intentionally try to rip you off? Get this! If you buy tires there it is an additional $50 per tire for their lifetime warranty that includes balance and rotation for life of tire. However, you have to pay $10 for balance and $10 for rotation when they put the tires on plus $50 per tire and cost of new tire before the "Lifetime Warranty" is valid. Not to mention the tires on my car they were replacing were under the "Lifetime Warranty" so I am very confused as to why I had to pay for a Balance and Rotation (and was this per tire?). Had to leave and fast!
