My wife and I have been working with Jessica for about a month. We really enjoy the variety of workouts that Jessica prepares for us. They are challenging and effective and her post workout smoothies are the bomb!

I have not yet started training with JD but she took the time to meet me and find out what my goals were and how we will achieve them. From the time we met until the time we have our first workout it will be about 4 weeks and in that time she has texted me to see how I was doing, emailed about her new products and sent emails/texts to all of her clients just to check in and keep everybody motivated. She seems enthusiastic and genuine in her abilities and desire to help clients reach their fitness potential. Im looking forward to working with her and I will write another review after I complete my 10 sessions.
