Franklin Apartments

Ive lived here 10 months and Ive seen a little bit of everything take place. The staff runs the property like a circus. They even take cash which is suspect to me. No other complex I know of accepts anything other than check/money order. My home was even burglarized yet there is suppose to be constable patrol. The floor plans are ridiculously small. The only decent accents are the garden tub and all black appliances. The closet space is small in addition to the bedroom yet very large living area and bathroom. This place is a joke and the staff is trashy, a total waste of time and not worth $800 at all. Keep looking or get assistance from a locator.
