        Very Unprofessional

        Call to verify information after being on hold for 15 mins and the individual(s) pick up and hang up. This has happen on 3 occasions and 2 of them were today. Mind you... before they were fully able to hang up today I heard this individual say "this is annoying".... THANK YOU APPLE
