Horrible Place!! The Grooming there! The Girls in the Salon are Mean, Act like it kills them to answer a few questions, I ask How did he do, mmm I don't know, Write some information down on paper when done grooming. Didn't tell me how his ears were, his toes, Eyes nothing. I didn't want to come here to begin with but I did cause the dog needing a cut really bad. Last owner did now cut him regularly. Ladies were mean and took no pride in there work. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Horrible place so mad with the groom salon, if my dog didn't need a cut so bad I would of never took him but I recently adopted him and he really needed it I couldn't wait two weeks! People are not friendly at all!!!So unhappy people! So unorganized!

I don't know where to start, other than to voice my opinion on the management and assistant management for the petsmart in Asheboro. THERE IS NONE! How can a store run with such lazy sorry management. They treat their employees unfair. If these so called sorry manager's are to be "working" manager's I would hate to see them do something. Did you know they expect the other employees to do all the work in short of 3 or 4 hours? Some truck days aren't put away by 4pm and it comes in by 7am. This store really needs a total sweep done of management and employees trained to do their jobs right from the get go. This is a review for the petsmart store in ASHEBORO NC.

I HATE this Petsmart. My dog was a nine month old puppy. He caught parvo so i took him to this Petsmart which is located up the street from my house. I took him there and they told me to come back Friday, I came back that Friday after work. They made a appointment for him to come back the next day to get the shot. He died before his appointment. I called and told them he didn't make it, yet may I remind you i was crying on the phone. The women told me thank you didn't say I'm sorry, or anything which made me more emotional. I went up to the vet the next following week and the vet told me that they should've given him a shot right away with that kind of deadly disease. Those employers should not be handling animals who have deadly diseases like parvo. I recommend no one to take there pet to Petsmart when they've notice there pet is sick and needs care.
