Panera Bread

Seems to continually get pricier. Used the online rapid pick up ordering system three times now. Two of those three times, they were sold out of what I ordered and paid for in advance but didn't bother to call the required phone number and tell me ahead of time. Had to wait for replacement orders which defeats the purpose of rapid pick up. In my opinion, the replacement products were of lesser quality than what I paid for. Manger's only response was "I'm sorry" and instead of admitting they could improve said to me it was me that needed to change by calling the store with advance orders instead of placing them online. I will now spend my money elsewhere where the business actually provides what you pay for and acts like it appreciates its customers.
