It's About Time Urgent Care

I Declined a covid test for my child that had an ear infection and they told me they would not be able to give me a school excuse and I would need to quarentine. I left without seeing a dr and I will never come here again.

Dr Stanford has perhaps the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. The staff is great but she is horrible.

Clean, close and good for a quick visit to the doc without a long wait or being surrounded by a huge crowd of coughing people. They even offer complimentary bottled waters while you wait.

This is another doc in the box that uses "SWABS" to detect bacterial infection. So u come in with a viral infection? Won't get any help. But I went is very sick. Sent me home with nothing! It's been 4 days waiting on #4 swab to conclude no bacteria. 5 days of hell, went to a real MD. I had wax impaction ear, behind which showed fluid behind ear drum. Sinus conjestion and a "bacterial infection. Imagine a child going through all this pain? I had to wait for ever to be seen. But the staff was very courteous.

Awesome experience, friendly staff and answered all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend for your urgent care needs in Helena, AL.
