Kimberly's Pampered Pets

There is a review on this page that is totally false! Kimberly's pampered pets does not and would never deliver any dog, especially to an unknown customer, on a highway! lol that's just crazy! Yelp and google have more accurate reviews.

Regular groomer was booked so I took my pup here. They told me they'd have her ready by a certain time and weren't so they offered me to take her home half done and bring her back the next day. I refused and we agreed that they'd drop her off at my house. I called them some hours later when I still had not heard back and they told me where I could meet them on the highway. Turns out they weren't where they told me they'd be. I called them to see where they were and told them if they didn't bring her back I was calling the cops (she's a designer breed so I thought they'd kidnapped her). Eventually they told me they were about 5 minutes away and when I called them 10 minutes later, they told me they stopped for gas and coffee. I walked the side of the highway to the gas station to get my pup and they let her run out of the back of the car, right on the side of the highway. I will NEVER be going back there! Stay away.
