They suk. Never open on time. And there not always the nicest. And really no star but...

They never answer the phone and when you buy a lot of used games it's never enough because they will force the pro rewards card on you for $15.00 and all you get with that card is 10% off and 10% more when trading in or selling but they lie and tell you all this great stuff about it like the guy said I would have a $6.00 off coupon to print out but there is none and at first he said it was $6.00 off right then and there but they never granted that discount and when I asked about it thats when they said print it out on my account online but they lied so I wasted my $15.00 because 10% is nothing it will never add up to the $15.00 or more. He said all these great deals I would get right away that would pay back the $15.00 pretty much but he lied about that as well, and even if it were true then you're not really getting any deal at all because you still gave them $15.00 for a piece of plastic that is relatively useless. The most annoying thing about this place is they never answer calls.
