Holy Family Catholic Church

I go to Mass here every day. They actually don't bring up money very often. However, they should bring up money more often because so many of us Filipinos go there and we are brought up that the church takes care of us -- such flawed and simple thinking. I have discovered that the few people who complain have very, simple minds and are not critical thinkers nor do they give generously as we are called to do.

Horrible!!! I go to church to enjoy mass and all I hear about is money. It's a shame that all they care about is money. I will never go to this church again. People
need to pray for the priests who all they talk about is money.

Horrified!!!

My Parents were married in this church. My Siblings and I all were Baptized and made our first communion there. We went to church school there. Now, over 30 years of going there, we are trying to arrange my mother's funeral. They are charging more than any other Church that I have come across, for one hour of service. They will not discount the fact that we don't want their choir. And they no longer offer a venue for reception. All that I could have eventually moved passed. (Although the price was still shocking.)

What I can't get over is the Priest telling my father that he can't speak at his own wife's funeral. Not even 5 minutes, because as the Priest said, even 5 minutes was too long. But yet he wanted my father to give him a brief bio of my mom to make the service more personable. Unbelievable! Hit a family when they're mourning.

If you are looking for a church for your teenager and haven't found anything yet, Holy Family is the spot. I have a teenager and he loves the 5:30 mass the church has made this mass specially for teens. They have a great confirmation program and a Lifeteen program as well. You won't regret it!! The leaders are wonderful very loving and all the kids love them our Pastor is wonderful he has made such a good choice by bringing this program into our church. We are blessed, so remember if you are looking for a great place of worship for the whole family come to Holy Family 5:30pm mass on Sundays...see you there! Blessings.....
