HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Hate this company everything is from CHINA and very CHEAPLY MADE!! Would not recommend. In addition, they never answer emails and are rude. IF your item is defective or USED!!( many have complained that their products are pre-used) they will not take responsibility or allow you to return it!!

Terrible customer service, do not respond to emails and ridiculous shipping fees to Canada ($15+ compared to $1.99 and $2.99 with their competitors)...

Amazing selection. I called customer service with a "how to" question and spoke with someone who really knew their stuff. They took their time with me and were super helpful. Nice folks, I really appreciated that. : )

I went to my local bead store to buy some stringing material I needed for a bracelet project and to see what they offered in the way of beads. They didn't carry the exact wire I wanted and I was disappointed in the selection. A friend told me about Beadaholique so I had a look. Yikes. I found exactly what I was looking for (Softflex silver plated wire), and I had it in 3 days. Not worth the gas driving around town. Bonus: They have amazing "how to" videos. I recommend.

I purchased an item from this company through Amazon.com. The item was priced at around $2.00. I chose a two day shipping option, and thought nothing of until I took a second look at the invoice. Beadahlique charged me $28.00 for shipping and handling on a $2.00 item weighing only a pound or two. I have contacted Amazon, and Beadahlique directly. Amazon seemed eager to fix the issue, but Beadahlique has not responded to my calls or e mail so far. On top of that the estimated arrival date is scheduled for nearly a week after the order, and I paid for... No OVERPAID for 2 day shipping.

While many of you may lament the demise of the little bead shop round the corner, the fact is that that little bead shop had to inflate its prices by up to 600% just to pay rent and stay staffed, and that little shop had a limited range of stock. With the rise of beading sites on the internet, your bead choices have grown almost infinite and the price you pay has dropped. A lot. Beadaholique.com is one of the good sites. They must have tens of thousands of items, they always seem to have new stuff, and most of their photos and descriptions are really clear. I'm not sure why the other reviewer was complaining, I had to contact Beadaholique via email with a question about measurements on an item, and I got an answer within about one day. I know that ordering on the web isn't always as fun as seeing and touching the beads, but I think websites are great for ordering the basics, and they're all getting more and more elaborate with what they stock, and their project instructions, blogs, etc. Also, if you are reading this, you probably live in L.A., and there are 8-10 great bead shows a year, which are a great supplement to ordering online.

Order #3070125
I ordered 22 guage half half sterling silver wire. On December 10 I received either 26/24 gauge sterlihg silver wire. I emailed this company about 5 times to let them know the had sent the wrong size! I mean 5 times. I returned the item back to the company for an exchage and I still havn't received any respose to my emails.
I am a very unhappy customer I received the wrong size gauge and I have not received any response to my 5 emails sent regarding this matter! I was trying to get an exchange. Now I am thinking this is the disadvantage to ordering items where there is not phone number. All well for the FREE shipping but you want the correct item ordered or you will have a messed up order!
