Bought into their so-called pellet pay-in-advance program over 2 years ago. Bought 150 bags and have only been able to pick up 30 in that two year period. I would have to say that at least a half dozen times I've asked for pellets and they not don't have any, but they don't have a clue as to when they're arriving. Soooo, we asked for a refund of our remaining balance and were promised a check 2 week ago.... no check. I guess the new check stock hasn't arrived either, and they don't know when it's coming either? and, NO ONE ever answers the phone.

I purchased a part for my insert, paid up front for it to be over nighted and never received it. Called multiple times and stopped in the store, even texted Chuck the owner. No one could tell me if it came in or if they were still waiting for it. Every time they said they would get back to me and never did. I requested a refund and they didn't know how to do that either. So I had to have my credit card stop payment. From reading other reviews of multiple websites it seem that this a common theme with Chuck and Comfort Home where they are hard to get a hold of once they have your money. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere!

Stay Away! Go anywhere else for your fireplace needs! This company will constantly cancel install, never return phone calls, charge your credit card for products and services they never delivered! I wish I could select negative stars but 1 was the lowest. Stay away from this place, I wish I did!
