Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant

We would like to thank Rick (Richard) for an awesome night. The Food was great. The chicken fried rib-eye streak is good, which is what my wife had, but I had the mixed grill per Richard's recommendation. The quail was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, we were just too full for desert. I recommend giving this place a try and ask for Richard.

My wife and I usually visit The Cotten Gin when in Fredricksburg, Tx. After tonight, we won't return. I ordered the Wagu beef. My boot would have been more tender. It was written up in the menu as the best beef available, but I was very disappointed .... and I believe misled. We explained to the waiter I was disappointed, paid our full bill and later called the manager to let her know the food did not measure to the the meal featured as a chief speciality. She could have cared less.
