They are a rip off, predatory lending on people that do not have any credit, DO NOT USE I had lost my car through No fault of my own. I had full coverage and gap insurance both insurances paid in full, I still owe money to this company. The rep Katrina ran me in circles would Not give me any information about anything with the status. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Michelle is the worst rep ever!!! If I could just see her in person, I would have some damaging words for her as she talked to me as I was her child. This company will harass you daily. They say that there is no grace period and I'm being charged 10 bucks every day that I'm past the due date but in the contract it states otherwise. My attorney has already reviewed the calls and we plan to take action. $1500 per call will definitely help pay for a brand new car as I plan to surrender and not do business with this company ever in life and neither will my family or friends. Do not finance anything through this company because they're rude and so harsh. Falsely advertising to have excellent customer service!!!

Poor customer service. The reps are rude and don't how to do their jobs efficiently. Beverly is the only one that has any knowledge and the only one I will talk to if I need assistance. Sarah is a complete moron, rude, and very unprofessional.
