        Recliner took 8 days to get to...

        Recliner took 8 days to get to warehouse in Nashville. I picked up myself. The guys there were great.

        If I waited for it to get to the Cool Springs store it would have been an additonal 4 or 5 days. Why so long?

        The chair is very nice and comfortable and wasn't expensive at all. So all in all things turned out OK.

        The Understanding Owner of Cool Springs store!

        My retired mother recently had difficulty with saftisfaction with the fabric she had chosen for a new recliner.



        As we found out after her purchase, she had chosen a fabric that was not covered under the warranty.



        The owner, John, who said that he grew up in East Texas, was willing to listen and work with my family to help her upgrade to a leather recliner. She is not HIGHLY satisfied.



        We cannot thank the Texas man (who is now a Tennessean) enough! Thanks for your willingness to satisfy a long time customer of La-Z-Boy. We also intend to submit these comments to the BBB of Nashville.
