        Had bought from Flower Power, then John Deere and today had planned to do the same with what is now SiteOne. We were rudely told when we asked for some assistance that "it looks like you need a contractor" and that they had contractors coming in and couldn't help us. Greenhouse was empty, staff couldn't have cared less, clearly focused solely on the contractor, I will never go back! Flower Power was better (more customer centric) than John Deere and SiteOne has clearly set a new low. We then went to Home Depot and got great service and surprisingly better selection.

        We bought sod strips (2'x4') to fill in gaps in our yard. They worked great! The guys at John Deere were informative about what to do with preparing the area, planting and watering the sod, but also really service oriented in getting the sod loaded. I sent my neighbor there, too, and they also had a great experience. Their plant selection and quality leaves the big box stores in the dust....
