        We just discovered that our ma...

        We just discovered that our master bath shower was installed incorectly thus causing a leak. When I contacted FCCH, they seemed to want to simply sweep this issue of poor craftmanship under the rug and hide behind the one year warranty. Very disappointing given their website claims of quality.



        I actually recieved a very nasty note from Mike Ford himself! He does not seem to want to stand behind his company's workmanship. My dad used to say "the fish rots from the head". I guess he was right.



        Anyway, after searching my subdivisions intranet, it seems there are quite a few fellow concerned FCCH owners.
