        We offer a small boutique one story motel/hotel and cottage in the scenic beach town of Frankfort, MI where you can walk to everything! Rooms have either 1 queen size bed or 2 full size beds in them. Amenities include compact refrigerator, cable, WIFI, A/C, coffee and microwave. The grounds have outdoor seating areas, hammocks, picnic tables and garden beds. Our home is on the grounds and the office is off of our back porch. Have your morning coffee around the picnic table or sitting outside your cottage style room. It is our goal to enhance your stay in this beautiful area so that you want to return time and time again. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: We will be using an ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER with the highest hospital grade, CDC recommended disinfectant in our rooms between stays.         Lovely

        This little hotel is fantastic. Clean, close to everything, friendly owners. Very accomodating. I stay there quite often and would recommend it to any and everyone. The only downfall is the fact that there is no pool. Beds are comfortable, rooms cozy and always clean. No air conditioning but there are fans and because the area is so close to lake michigan there is usually a nice breeze. Very nice! LOVE IT
