Korte Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning Electrician Fort Wayne

I had korte come to my house to give me an estimate to install a tankless hot water heater. Every thing was great the tech's worked and did a great job. cost was about 2500.
then I called the gas company to install the line they told me that would not install the meter in the back of the house where the pipe was stubbed out. I called brad the guy who gave me the estimate he came to the house. Told me it would cost me 650 dollars to run the pipe to where the gas company wanted it. Don't think so already paid for an install.

Not happy with the two techs who were openly disdainful about my wooded rural yard. Breaking a branch off a tree intentionally wasn't appreciated, but walking through a box garden, breaking the stems of half the flowers, and then through a small rock garden, badly twisting up a metal lawn ornament in the process, was completely uncalled for. I won't be calling them back.

We had air conditioning problems all last summer. Had another company out 5 times, never fixed the problem, just kept charging us. Of course when we went to start up the air for this season, no surprise it did not work! Korte came out, they were on time and very professional. They told us that it was cheaper to get a new unit than to try and fix the unit. I was no surprised, I had a feeling. Korte immediately got us set up to put a new unit in. The unit they recommend was highly rated by consumers and priced very compitively. They arrived again on time and did a wonderful job installing our new unit! They even put in a new vent in the basement to make the unit more efficient. It is so nice to see a business doing such a great job!

I had a leak in my bathroom a few years ago and call korte to come out and repairthe service man that they sentactually broke my pipe and when I called to have the company come back out they did not come back out I called several more times finally they send somebody and said that they could not help me because they were not the original service person meanwhile my bathroom kept leaking and as a result I had to replace my entire bathroom and it cost me over 15,000 dollarsthe original leak was going down the copper pipe but when the serviceman repaired the pipe it is it up spring all over my walls causing mold I had to replace the entire bathroom korte blew me off every phone call I made to them. They even told me that they don't use that guy anymore and that fixed my problem

Excellent service. Responded immediately when I called and were to my home within 2 hours. Replaced my water heater and cleaned up in a few more hours and the price was about what I expected. Great service would highly recommend

Installed new furnace. Wires thermostat wrong. Wouldn't turn off. Next day came home from work. House smelled awful. Propane was leaking. Great workmanship. Service guy dropped cigarette butts in my drive way. Add the final insult. Dropped screws in my drive way. Two flat tires. I would freeze to death before I call Korte

Your technician- was a very nice young man. We needed an new air conditioner and couldn't decide between Carrier, Trane, Bryant, York and Lennox - they're all top brands of A/C units. Your tech took the time to explain the advantages and we settled on the Carrier...he answered all our questions-we appreciated him. We will definitely call Korte should we ever need a good electrician or plumber!

Dear Korte, Your employees did an excellent plumbing and heating job!!! They started at 7am and went without a lunch to make sure the job was completed in one day. They were very courteous and explained how the units worked. They also answered all our questions. The sewer line job required a little extra work because our drainage was "very" bad and it was easier to rework the drainage system. They also checked my furnace system and cleaned the coils. All and all they did an outstanding job. I am proud to have your sign in my yard!!!!!

I used another plumber once from a different company, and had to listen to him chatter about religion & politics- thank you for keeping the interaction professional!! I would call Korte for any air conditioning, heating, plumbing or electric service or repair and I may call them for a quote on a new kitchen.

Korte Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning & Electric is a great company....here's why: Matt did a great job on our toilet repair and shower leak he is a courteous & very knowledgeable plumber and we've used other plumbers for repairs in the past, he not only did a good job, he explained things to us in plain English. Very bright guy and he also does a/c and heating work too. I signed a maintenance agreement for Korte without any pressure at all to check our furnace in the winter and our air conditioning unit in the summer, it just seemed like a great offer and I felt comfortable. I recommend them for plumbing, heating, electric work or heating any day. Even though they are a top dealer for Carrier they can work on any HVAC brand. I highly recommend Korte.
