CrossFit Augusta is the original affiliate in the CSRA. We can help you get in the best shape of your life. At CFA, you get: Great Coaching - Our coaches are skilled in the different facets of fitness to coach you through the broad range of CrossFit movements. At CFA, we work with each athlete to help you reach your goals, whether you are just starting out or an experienced crossfitter. Most of all, we focus on form and technique. You will get frequent tips on improving your technique. Great Programming - We program every class to challenge you to get better. Our weekday workouts are typically designed through a 6 to 8 week cycle alternating in intensity and types of movements. In between programming cycles we will do testing so you can measure your progress and set new goals. We offer standard CrossFit, CrossFit Football, and yoga classes - and we're the only box in Augusta that offers such a variety! Great Community - Best of all are our people. We will cheer you on and encourage you to reach new levels of fitness that you never thought possible. Whether you are experienced or brand new, you will fit right in.
